Pension Fund of the Christian Church

Lay Employees

All lay employees (i.e., secretaries, custodians, organists) of church and church-related organizations of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and of the Campbell Stone Movement are eligible to participate in the Pension Plan. Early participation is important in order to build an adequate retirement. All lay employees are encouraged to take advantage of other benefits available through the Pension Fund of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). These include Churchwide Health Care coverage, Churchwide Accident Insurance coverage, Benefit Accumulation Accounts and Tax Deferred Retirement Accounts.
